Our Nutrition and Wellness team is here to provide support for your on-campus dining needs. We strive to cultivate an informed and inclusive campus dining community through everything we do, from offering food choices that meet a wide range of dietary needs and providing accurate food labeling to creating educational opportunities for you to learn about nutrition and cooking. Keith is available to help students make health concious decisions as they navigate residential and retail dining centers.
NetNutrition® is an online nutrition analysis program. This service provides a convenient method to calculate the approximated nutritional values of your food selections from our various campus dining locations. These Daily Value percentages are based upon a setting that averages the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs) for individuals between the ages of 19-24.
When dining in our residential dining centers, you can "build your plate" and calculate nutritional elements by using our NetNutrition portal. Choose from a variety of menu items, and build your own meal while factoring in nutritional components, such as calories, carbohydrates, protein, and more. Additionally, use NetNutrition to determine which menu items are gluten free, vegeterian, vegan, and more.
