NetNutrition is an excellent resource for all students. The website and phone capability is very user-friendly.


Meal Planning and tracking

Use NetNutrition to plan your meals and view what is available today, in the past, or in the future.

  1. Select a dining location, date, and mealtime.
  2. View the entire menu for that day.
  3. Use the checkbox to checkmark the menu item(s) you are interested in.
  4. Change the number of servings if applicable.
  5. Click “Add Items”.
  6. Your meal will generate on the left-hand side of the screen, taking into account all of the items you selected.
  7. Click “Meal Nutrition” to view the nutrition facts label for each item and a sum of the total.
  8. “Clear My Meal” will allow you to start over.

Nutrition and ingredient information

  • Other capabilities of the website include reviewing the nutrition information for individual items. You can do this by hovering over or clicking on the menu item you wish to view.
  • Or, use the checkmark and click “Item Nutrition” at the top of the page.

Allergies and dietary preferences

  1. Select a dining location, date, and mealtime.
  2. On the left-hand side, all of the allergen icons are presented.
  3. If you do not want to see an item/items containing a certain allergy, click the checkbox
    1. For example, if you follow a gluten-free lifestyle, be sure the checkbox next to the contains gluten icon
    2. By checking this box, it will automatically remove all menu items that contain gluten.
